BOE Members Dispute Accusations of Opposing In-Person Instruction

One of the more hotly debated issues on social media and elsewhere in the midst of the Allegany County Board of Education election campaign has centered on returning kids to the classrooms. The subject was discussed on Wednesday’s “Dave Norman Show” with accusations made that board members Tammy Fraley and Deb Frank originally strongly opposed returning kids to the classroom. Both are refuting those allegations.  Fraley, in an interview with WCBC News, said there has always been a consensus among the board to work to get kids, safely back into the classrooms as soon as  possible…
