On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an Allegany County District Court arrest warrant on Okikiola Mitiu Mogaji.
The warrant charges him with three counts of Violation of a Protective Order, Telephone Misuse: Repeat Calls, Harass; A Course of Conduct, and Electronic Mail Harassment.
The warrant is the result of a private citizen filing charges on Mogaji with the District Court Commissioner for an incident that occurred on June 15, 2018 in Barton, Maryland.
Mogaji was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.
