Incumbent Republican Jason Buckel handily defeated challenger Penny Walker in Tuesday's election for House of Delegates 1B. Buckel said he admired the campaign waged by Walker.
Walker said that being a Democrat is a difficult task in trying to win an election in Allegany County.
