On Saturday at 10:00 AM, officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to the 500blk of Pennsylvania Ave in reference to a theft of services complaint.
Upon arrival Officers contacted a Taxi Company who advised that they picked up a fare and upon dropping them off, the subject went into a residence without paying and did not come back out. Officers then made contact with 31 year old Tanna Lewis of Cumberland and placed her under arrest.
Lewis was transported to Police Headquarters where she was issued a Maryland Criminal Citation for Theft Under $100 and released pending trial in District Court.
