Although Western Maryland is essentially a republican stronghold politically, it was a decidedly democrat leaning crowd that attended Saturday’s Town Hall meeting hosted by U.S. Senator Ben Cardin. Cardin, a two term democrat, fielded questions on gun control, the environment and on how he is handling life in the era of President Donald Trump.
