I’ve been thinking about this for the past couple of days and have concluded that coordinating the twelve current working groups will only increase attendance at meetings without adding anything new to the mix. Group 4 started to address issues not dealt with by groups 1-3. That has gone on for 12 groups? What is there to show for all of this? There are pie-in-the-sky plans for more and better shopping, newer touristy activities to build upon the weak facilities already in place. The impact on quality of life in the area would be unchanged as all of the employment at these slick, new attractions would pay minimum wage for less than a full week of work. Mr.Kelly can combine the ingredients in any way he wishes but the recipe still produces the same lump of dough that has proven so hard to swallow, for so long.
