Largely due to what may appear to be a conflict of interest, one group of candidates who will not be part of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce forums are those running for county commissioner. The chamber, which is conducting forums for mayor, school board, House of Delegates and other elected seats, will not have a commissioner’s forum. The chamber’s executive director is Stu Czapski who himself is a commissioners candidate.
