Citizens opposed to the proposed Dan’s Mountain Wind Farm project are expected to make their voices heard when the Maryland Public Service Commission considers the application at a March 4th hearing in Baltimore. The  Allegany Neighbors and Citizens for Home Owners Rights Limited who oppose a plan to place 17 wind turbines on Dan’s Mountain has been fighting the wind farm project since the issue first surfaced in 2015. However I do like her legal opinions that say we can ignore the state court of appeals when we feel like it
