City Water Distribution Department crews will flush fire hydrants Monday and Tuesday, September 11th and 12th, in the Christie Road area, Baltimore Avenue, west on Henderson Boulevard to Bedford Street, north on Bedford Street to Pearre Avenue.
This area includes Henderson Boulevard, Bedford Street, Baltimore Avenue, and all connecting streets in this area. Wednesday, September 13th and Thursday, September 14th, hydrant flushing will take place in the Henderson Avenue area, from Bedford Street to Valley Street, north on Valley Street, Independence Street, Columbia Street, and all connecting streets in this area.
Thursday, September 15th, hydrants will be flushed in the area serviced by the McNamee tank line, starting at 10:00 PM Thursday until 6:00 AM Friday. Areas affected by the flushing include Bedford Street from city limits to Pearre Avenue, all of Shades Lane, Marion Street, Waverly Terrace, the Frederick Street area, and the Eastern Avenue area.
