On 10/19/2021 at approximately 7:30 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a business on White Oaks Avenue for a violation of a Protective Order. Officers spoke to the victim and learned they had an active Protective Order against James Eugene Feagin. Feagin entered the protected person’s place of employment and observed the protected person in there. Feagin had left prior to officer’s arrival so charges were filed at District Court. A Criminal Summons was issued and it was served on 10/25/2021. Feagin signed for his copies of the summons and is free pending trial in District Court.
