The City of Cumberland Water Department is reporting a 12" water main break on Oldtown Road @ Winifred Road. Residents near the immediate area may experience water loss or low pressure. At this time, roads will be closed on Oldtown Road from Utah Avenue to White Oaks Avenue and on Winifred Road from Kentucky Avenue to Oldtown Road.
