City Police Arrest Woman on Disturbance Call

May 31st, 2018 by WCBC Radio

At approximately 7:49 p.m., officers were called to the 300 block of Frederick Street for a check on well being.  Officers made contact with Autumn Breann Ward and a male subject who were found to be ok but residents of the area were concerned by their actions.  Officers spoke with both subjects and they agreed to leave the area.  A short time later officers received reports that the same female is now urinating in front of people who were on the street.  Officers located Ward walking in the area.   Officers questioned Ward and several witnesses about her actions which prompted the officers to be called back.  Ward admitted that she did what she had been accused of.  Ward was taken into custody and transported to Police Headquarters for processing.  Ward was later released from custody pending trial in District Court.

Autumn Breann Ward, age 34 of Cumberland, MD

As recently as February, Autumn Breann Ward was “A Keyser, West Virginia woman”, now she is “of Cumberland, MD”. We can’t say Grim isn’t getting us any new citizens but we can say they are trash.
