Warrant Arrest
On April 7, 2017 the Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Nicole Marie Busch. The warrant charges Busch with 2nd Degree Assault and Disturbing the Peace. The charges were filed by a private citizen from an incident that occurred on March 31, 2017 in the 300 block of S. Cedar Street. Busch was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $5,000 bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her next appearance in District Court.

Warrant Arrest
On April 7, 2017 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation on Holly Anne Gray Hamilton. Hamilton was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $5,000 bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending her next appearance in District Court.

Theft Arrest
On April 7, 2017 at approximately 11:35 AM the Cumberland Police responded to a business in the 700 block of Park Street for a shoplifting complaint. When police arrived at the business they contacted employees who witnessed Tiffany Marie Diehl leave the business without paying for several items. The items were located on Diehl and she was issued a criminal citation for Theft Under $100. She was released from the scene pending trial in District Court.
