City Police Make Multiple Warrant Arrests

On May 11, 2018 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on Crystal Nicole Rymer.  The warrant charges her with violating probation on May 26, 2017 on an original charge of Theft: Less $1,000 value.  Rymer was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $5,000 bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her next appearance in District Court.

Arrested:

Crystal Nicole Rymer:  26, Cumberland

Charges:  Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation

 

On May 10, 2018 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Jaclyn Valarie Riley.  The warrant charges Riley with failing to appear for court on May 2, 2018 on an original charge of driving on a suspended license.  Riley was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on a $3,000 bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her next appearance in District Court.

Charges:  Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear

 

On May 10, 2018 the Cumberland Police served four Bench Warrants on Paul Robert Goetz.  The first warrant charges Goetz with failing to appear for court on September 2, 2016 on an original charge of Theft Less than $100.  The second warrant charges Goetz with failing to appear for court on October 18, 2016 on an original charge of Theft Less than $100. The third warrant charges Goetz with failing to follow conditions of probation that was issued on October 20, 2016.  The fourth warrant charges Goetz with failing to appear for court on November 3, 2016 on an original charge of Theft Less than $100. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on a total of $7,000 bond. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his next appearance in District Court.

Paul Robert Goetz:  33, Cumberland, MD

Charges:  Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear X3 and Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation   

 

On May 10, 2018 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Nicholas Craig Moreland.  The warrant charges Moreland with failing to appear in court on May 8, 2018 on an original charge of Litter/Dump:  Over 100 LBS. Moreland was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on a $5,000 bond. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his next appearance in District Court.

Charges:  Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
