On Thursday, April 26th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant issued by Garrett County District Court for Sara Denelle Smith for violating her conditions of probation after being found guilty of an assault back on September 16th, 2015. Smith was taken before the Allegany County District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.
Sara Dennelle Smith, age; 31, Terra Alta, West Virginia.
Charge: Violation of probation.
Held on $3,000.
