Officers from the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant and a criminal summons on Christopher Patrick Beeghly. The arrest warrant was for failing to appear in District Court on traffic related offenses. The criminal summons was charging Beeghly with theft from a private residence on Decatur Street on February 26, 2018. Beeghly was taken before the District Court Commissioner on the warrant and released pending trial in District Court. The summons was served and Beeghly will receive a court date to appear on this matter.
