Maryland Sixth District Congressman John Delaney joined Fox News this week to discuss his early bid for the White House. Delaney is the first Democrat to announce that he will be a candidate for President and has spent much of the past year visiting the traditional campaign hot spots of Iowa and New Hampshire.
