Maryland Sixth District Congressman John Delaney recently hosted an informational workshop addressing the opioid problem that has reached crisis status in the four-state area and the nation. The democrat, who represents western Maryland, says that the data shows that more than 40 percent of Marylanders have been impacted by the opioid epidemic, which for him is a major problem.
