County Approves New Contract for Eberly

The Allegany County Commissioners have voted unanimously to approve a new four year contract for County Administrator David Eberly. Eberly came to the county in 1999 after having served several years as Frostburg’s City Administrator. He was named acting county administrator in 2008, and was appointed permanently in January of 2010. He last contract expired Friday, and the commissioners took action during the final meeting of June to approve a new deal.
