Cox, Fraley Decline Comment On Bittinger’s Accusations Against Foote

January 29th, 2019 by WCBC Radio

Among the accusations against Allegany County School Board member Wayne Foote contained in  a letter to the State Board of Education submitted by former board president Sara Beth Bittinger- were alleged sexually suggestive comments made by Foote to Bittinger. She states in her letter that the comments in question were heard by members of the board and the superintendent. WCBC News sought confirmation from board member Tammy Fraley and Superintendent David Cox following Tuesday’s school board meeting, but both declined to comment- deferring to the state board which is in the process of investigating the claims
