On 02/29/16 Officers with the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 100blk of Independence St in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officers contacted the victim who advised that on 02/28/16 at 0800hrs several items of value were removed from a parked vehicle in this area. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland Police Dept at 301-777-1600.
February 29th, 2016 DOP
On 02/29/16 at 2109hrs Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to a residence located in the 300blk of Grand Ave in reference to a Destruction of Property complaint. Upon arrival Officers contacted the victim who advised that person(s) unknown had thrown a brick through a window of the residence. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland Police Dept at 301-777-1600.
