On April 1st, 2018, a criminal summons was served on Rick Franklin Imes of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on March 21, 2018. In this incident, The victim alleged Imes threatened and assaulted them. Imes was charged with misdemeanor 2nd Degree Assault

Fail To Obey Arrest
On April 1st, 2018, Cumberland City Police responded to a residence on Davidson St for reported domestic disturbance. Once on scene, officers contacted the Individuals involved in the incident and separated the parties. During the investigation, a female identified as Irekka Jada Holmes was continuing to be disruptive outside the home after being told to cease by officers. Her actions drew the attention of other residents in the area. After being told numerous times by officers to stop causing a disturbance and leave the area, she was placed under arrest and transported to the station. Holmes was issued a criminal citation for Failing to Obey a Reasonable Lawful Order before being released.
