On February 21, 2020, Members of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office and Cumberland City Police Department utilizing the Opioid grant funds, executed a search and seizure warrant at 113 East Offutt Street Cumberland, Maryland. The warrant stemmed from Neighborhood complaints and CDS investigations that revealed drug activity at 113 East Offeett Street. The Cumberland Cert Team made entry into the residence. A search was conducted and Heroin, cocaine and CDS paraphernalia was located within the residence.
As a result, Kyle Phillip Humbertson, 37 yrs old Cumberland Maryland was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of heroin, Possession of cocaine, possession of CDS paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Humbertson was held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending his initial appearance at District Court.

No fear,S.A. Twigg will have him out in no time, plea bargained & on the streets again to sell / have more drugs! Very typical. I feel for all the efforts by our law enforcement folks that do a fantastic job,
then to have the same things happen. Must be frustrating!
