On May 7, 2018 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 401 Linden Street for a disorderly subject yelling. Upon the officers arrival they made contact with a female complainant. Officers were advised by the complainant that she heard a male subject outside her residence yelling. When she walked outside, she observed the subject urinating in her flower bed. Officers were able to locate the subject who was identified as, Joseph William Wood. Wood who was intoxicated was placed under arrest at the scene. Wood was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Wood was taken before the District Court Commissioner. Wood was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $2,000 bond.
Arrested: Joseph William Wood Age: 39 of Cumberland, Maryland
Charges: Indecent Exposure and Disorderly Conduct.
