On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Devin Terrell Joyner charging him with assault.
The warrant was issued by District in reference to an incident that occurred on February 25, 2020 at a Baltimore Avenue residence. On that date, police responded for the report of an assault. When officers arrived, contact was made with a female victim that had injuries to her face and arm.
The victim stated that Joyner assaulted her during an argument. Joyner was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review. He was released on his own personal recognizance pending trail.
