On 10/19 at approximately 12:30 PM the Cumberland City Police responded to a business in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue for a destruction of property complaint. Upon arrival officers learned that Phillip Andrew Pietro had pushed over an appliance breaking it inside the business. Mr. Pietro had left prior to police arrival. Charges were applied for through District Court and an arrest warrant was issued. On Friday the Cumberland City Police Department served the arrest warrant on Mr. Pietro. Mr. Pietro was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

Charges – Malicious Destruction of Property Greater than $1,000.00 and Disorderly Conduct
