The Cumberland Police Dept responded to the first block of Mullen Street Saturday in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival Officers contacted the victim who stated that several items of value were removed from the front yard of the residence. There are no suspects at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland Police Dept at 301-777-1600.
