At approximately 126am officers responded to a George Street business for a report of a trespassing. Officers had already been to this business earlier in the evening for George Anthony Warren being on the property and refusing to leave. Officers contacted Warren instructing him to leave the property and not to return. Officers attempted to take Warren into custody for trespassing and upon doing so he attempted to pull away, beginning to struggle and resist the officers. Officers were able to gain control of Warren and place him under arrest. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and later taken before a District Court Commissioner. At the conclusion of Warren’s initial appearance he was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held on a $2,500.00 bond.

Cumberland Police Department served two outstanding bench warrants on Ricky Lee Bowers II. The warrants were issued for Bowers failing to appear in District Court on a Resisting Arrest charge and the other warrant was for a sex offender registration violation. Bowers was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.

Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Kenneth Lloyd Bowser Jr. for a sex offender registration violation. Bowser was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was held without bond.

The Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Noah Charles Dicken for failing to appear for a District Court trial. Dicken was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released pending trial.
