On November 30, 2019, the Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Christian Ross, age 22 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Summons stemmed from November 29, 2019 incident where the victim alleged he was assaulted by Ross. Subsequently, the victim applied for charges on Ross in District Court, and charges were issued for 2nd degree assault. The Summons was served on Ross and he was released pending trial in District Court.
