Decatur Street Man Held Without Bond

Cumberland City Police responded to a residence on Decatur St. for a report of a subject who had been assaulted.

Upon their arrival they made contact with the victim who advised that Stephen Fisher was outside on the sidewalk being loud while he was on the phone. She advised that Fisher lives in the same building as her. The victim advised that she opened the window and told Fisher to quiet down. He then began to yell at her and then entered the building. She advised that he was still yelling at her when he approached her at her door. She stated that she then started to shut her door when Fisher kicked it in on her. The door then struck her and he then kicked the door again gaining entry into the apartment.

Once inside he allegedly struck the victim twice in the face before being pulled off of her by the victim’s roommate. Fisher then left and went to his apartment. Fisher was contacted and denied the assault but stated that the victim was yelling at him. He was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters where he was processed, charged and then taken for a Bond Hearing.

Stephen Armand Fisher Age: 30 Decatur St., Cumberland

Charges: B & E 3rd Degree, B&E 4th Degree, Assault 2nd Degree

Fisher was held in the Allegany County Detention Center without Bond.
