Although there appears to be a general consensus on most issues- there are still some hurdles that will have to be cleared before a new contract is signed between DelFest representatives and Allegany County. One thing both parties do seem to agree on is that the best way to clear the air and settle the remaining obstacles is by way of a public meeting.
