Friday afternoon, Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Richard Mellott after spotting him near 7-11 on Maryland Avenue.
The deputies knew Mellott had outstanding warrants, and was able to take him into custody after a brief struggle.
In addition to the warrants, Mellott faces charges of Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct and was held in lieu of bond.
