Allegany County 911 tells us that EMS from Mount Savage and Pennsylvania were sent to the Wellersburg Ballfield around 7 PM Saturday evening after a pedestrian was struck by an ATV. Goodwill and George's Creek EMS responded to a car into a tree on Swamp Road in Garrett County around 11 PM. Trooper 5 transported one to Morgantown.
