West Side resident Ed Mullaney among those on hand seeking answers from the Cumberland Mayor and City Council as to when action can begin to repair or replace bridges on Washington, Fayette and Cumberland streets. All three CSX utilized bridges have been closed for sometime as a result of extensive damage- all have been deemed unsafe.
