The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has extended the

* Flood Warning for Small Streams in...
  Northwestern Washington County in north central Maryland...
  Allegany County in western Maryland...
  Northwestern Shenandoah County in northwestern Virginia...
  Frederick County in northwestern Virginia...
  North central Rockingham County in western Virginia...
  Northeastern Clarke County in northwestern Virginia...
  Southwestern Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
  Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
  Eastern Mineral County in eastern West Virginia...
  Hardy County in eastern West Virginia...
  Western Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
  Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 130 AM EDT Monday.

* At 122 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding of numerous
  roads across the area. Two to Five inches of rain have fallen, and
  additional rain this afternoon may prolong or worsen the flooding.

* Portions of Morgan and Hampshire Counties are experiencing
  significant flooding with multiple roads under water, and
  residents should use extra caution in these areas.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Winchester, Cumberland, Martinsburg, Frostburg, Keyser, Moorefield,
  Romney, Hancock, Bel Air, Paw Paw, Greenwood, La Vale, Inwood, Fort
  Ashby, Berkeley Springs, Wardensville, Basye-Bryce Mountain,
  Mathias, Ridgeley and Cresaptown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
