The City of Frostburg has released the agenda for the Thursday meeting of the Mayor and Council.
Items include an amendment to the city code concerning procurement of goods and services, a 16 month fixed rate electric contract, and setting the flood plane management public hearing for February 20.
Appointments will also be made to the recreation commission.
