Several frustrated callers to WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” Tuesday discussed the myriad of infrastructure problems facing Cumberland. On a morning that saw yet another major water line break, callers were also focused on the three CSX owned bridges on the West Side as well as the Baltimore Street bridge. All are in various states of disrepair.
