Bittinger, Deer Park and Oakland volunteers and Southern Rescue were alerted to the Intersection of Route 495 and Glendale Road Saturday morning for a vehicle accident with entrapment.
Crews quickly extricated three patients who were transported to UPMC Western Maryland. Garrett County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating.
Several Garrett County units were alerted Saturday morning for a person who had been hiking on the St. John Rock trail and fell on the rough terrain.
It took units time to locate the exact location of injured person, who was found near Four Mile Ridge Road and then transported to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
