Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has voiced his opinion on the question of should Virginia Governor Ralph Northam resign. Northam has been facing a torrent of calls to resign after a racist photo surfaced last week from his medical school yearbook page. The photo showed a man in blackface and another man in a Ku Klux Klan robe. Northam has denied being in the photo, but acknowledged wearing blackface at a dance party.
