While on patrol an officer observed a vehicle being operated without any front registration. The vehicle was stopped and the operator Zakary Ray Harding was contacted. While talking with Zakary the officer observed a black digital scale laying in plain view in the center console area containing marijuana residue. A probable cause search of the vehicle and Zakary was completed with several CDS items located. The items located were a baggie of marijuana, a pill bottle containing 61 clonazepam along with another pill bottle containing possible psychedelic mushroom seeds. The items were seized and Zackary was placed under arrest. He was transported to PH where he was charged and processed.
Zakary Ryan Harding Age: 21 Polk St., Cumberland, MD.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Clonazepam, Possession of CDS paraphernalia
Harding was taken for a Bond Hearing and released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.
