The 50th Heritage Days Festival will conclude today, with activities on Washington Street and the Downtown Cumberland Mall running from 11 AM until 5 PM.
Festival goers had to dodge the raindrops on Saturday, and the Sunday forecast is not much better, but the festival will continue, rain or shine, and there are places to get out of the weather.
