The Thanksgiving holiday is normally one of the busiest travel times of the year. However, this is far from a normal year and Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has expanded a travel advisory urging residents to avoid any non-essential out-of-state travel to states with high positivity rates. That comes as Maryland continues to see high numbers of new COVID-19 cases, with Allegany County leading the way.
