The Augustine Commission, a group charged with making recommendations on improving Maryland's business climate, has released a series of recommendations in the past two years- but one stands above all the others according to Delegate Wendell Beitzel. The Garrett County Republican was appointed as a member of the commission which began meeting early in 2015.
