Although yet another projected startup date for the planned brewery at the Footer Dye Works Building has passed- opening is now said to be just days away- and optimism has never been higher for the restoration of that historic structure into a viable commercial entity. The four-story Footer building consists of a craft brewery on the first floor along with other shops and businesses and 24 luxury apartment on the top three floors.
