September 22nd, 2019 by WCBC Radio

On Sunday, September 22, 2019, at approximately 12:38 a.m., Frostburg City Police responded to a noise complaint at Bobcat Court.

Upon arrival, officers found a large, disorderly crowd outside estimated at 200 people. Immediately upon police arrival some unidentified members of the crowd began throwing rocks at officers.

Officers attempted to disperse the crowd and deployed a fogger OC spray canister in the midst of the disorderly crowd while the rocks were being thrown at officers, which dispersed the crowd successfully.

Two officers at the scene had contact with OC spray but sustained no serious injuries. However, two police vehicles were damaged as a result of the rocks being thrown.

Police are continuing to conduct a criminal investigation into this matter in an attempt to identify the individuals that were throwing rocks.

Frostburg City Police were assisted at the scene by Frostburg State University Police, the Allegany County Sheriff's Office, and Maryland State Police.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Frostburg City Police at 301-689-3000.

More poor journalism from the King of Gossip as usual. Adyllotte’s news staff could have at least said “some party-goers stripping and throwing their clothes at police are unconfirmed”.

What is wrong with people? LEAVE innocent kids alone? What about the resources used up on this bs or fact that these police officers are put into high stress environments which are caused by rude no mannered citizens not from our town..this is all semester long and they are allowed to use the city park to disturb the whole town. Blue lives matter and these parties need to be stopped by the mayor and city council that approve them.Every year it continues and gets worse for the town and puts our officers in danger.this is not normal college behavior and should not be tolerated by money makes the town go round.
