Longtime FSU Coach to Retire

February 17th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

Frostburg head coach Webb Hatch will coach his final regular season basketball game this afternoon as he announced last year that this, his 19th season at FSU, would be his last. Hatch, the longest active head coach at Frostburg in any sport, took over the reins of the Bobcat basketball program in August of 1999. After 19 seasons, Hatch will leave Frostburg as the program's winningest coach. Noah Becker, director of communications, said todays game at home against Wesley has playoff implications- so it may not be his final game.
