While Maryland’s Republican Governor Larry Hogan is overwhelmingly popular in a Democrat heavy state- the same is not true for the party’s leader. According to a new Goucher poll, seventy percent of Marylanders disapprove of President Trump, nearly the opposite of Hogan’s approval rating.
