On Saturday, June 29, 2019, the Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Danny A. Sloan Jr. of Ellerslie, MD.
The Warrant charged Sloan with five counts of assault 2nd degree and obstructing firefighters.
Sloan was later taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bail.
