On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Justin Frazier for failure to appear in Distric Court on a theft charge. Mr. Frazier was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance and ordered him to be held at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Charges – Failure to Appear for Theft Less Than $100.00
