Maryland Budget Secretary David Brinkley says he would hope that the new revenue estimates for the state of Maryland released last week won’t give any lawmakers the wrong idea. Brinkley said while the estimates won't require a downward adjustment of projections, there is no new money either- adding that it’s important not to confuse economic stability with economic growth.
